    100% chelated magnesium in bisglycinate form, the magnesium salt best tolerated by the body, which helps our mind and nervous system function properly.

    Magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), antioxidant (L-ascorbyl palmitate).

    For adults, take two (2) capsules daily, preferably with a meal. Swallow the capsules with water or another beverage. The expressly recommended daily dose for this product should not be exceeded.

    Keep the container tightly closed at room temperature.
    Do not consume the product if the inner seal is damaged.
