    Solgar® Gentle Iron™ contains a form of iron bisglycinate, a unique, highly absorbable form of iron. One capsule a day provides 20 mg of iron as ferrous bisglycinate, a well-tolerated form of iron that minimizes the intestinal discomfort and constipation usually associated with other iron supplements.

    Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and to normal energy metabolism, and its levels can be compromised in people with heavy bleeding or diets deficient in this nutrient, such as a vegan diet.

    Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose; Iron (ferrous bisglycinate); Vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate.

    For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with meals.
    Swallow the capsules with water or another beverage.
    Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose for this product.
    Keep the container tightly closed at room temperature.
    Do not consume the product if the inner seal is damaged.
