    MYO Inositol powder, a dietary supplement recommended for patients with depressive states and women suffering from ovulation and fertility issues.

    KAL's Power MYO Inositol contains 550 mg of Inositol and silicon dioxide as an anti-caking agent.

    The recommended doses of inositol depend on the medical condition for which it has been recommended. A safe and effective dose for nervous disorders and depression is 12 g per day, diluted in a glass of water or juice. For the treatment of polycystic ovaries, it has been recommended to take 4 g daily, divided into two doses.

    Satisfarma recommends mixing 1/8 of a teaspoon of Kal Power MYO Inositol 550 mg into food or drink to be consumed during a meal.
