How to use Puressentiel Headache Roller?

+ Shake the roll-on well before each application.
+ At the onset of pain, apply the rollerball to the recommended massage points: temples, eyebrows, back of the neck, and trapezius muscles.
+ Make concentric circular movements for approximately 5 seconds on each point.
+ Repeat application if necessary, following the product instructions.
