    Magnesioboi is a mineral supplement that contains Magnesium Lactate.

    It is used for the prevention of magnesium deficiency states due to diets poor in vegetables, whole grains, and legumes that manifest as weakness and muscle cramps.

    Each tablet contains 48.62 mg of Magnesium.
    Excipients
    Lactose monohydrate, Macrogol 6000, Croscarmellose sodium, Magnesium stearate and Talc.

    Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 1-2 tablets after each main meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), with a maximum of 6 tablets per day.
    How should the tablets be taken?
    The tablets must be swallowed whole, without chewing, with water.
    Duration of treatment
    If symptoms persist or worsen after 7 days of treatment, consult your doctor.
