Format: sublingual spray 30 ml

Ingredients per recommended daily dose (5 sprays): Melatonin 1.85mg, Lemon balm extract 80mg

Characteristics: vegan, sugar-free, gluten-free, lactose-free.

Recommended for cases of difficulty falling asleep, nighttime awakenings, or when traveling for jet lag.

Usage recommendations
Up to 5 sprays under the tongue before bedtime or in case of waking up during the night. Shake before use. Tips: -Warm feet: sleeping with socks helps maintain body temperature and sleep. -Sleep in the dark: light prevents the body from releasing melatonin, the sleep hormone.

-Moderate room temperature: try to keep the room temperature between 18-20 degrees.

-The ideal position: sleeping in a fetal position is usually recommended for better rest.
