The Kneipp Sueño Complet mini bilayer tablet, thanks to its first immediate-release layer with Melatonin, helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep. The second prolonged-release layer contains Valerian extracts that help maintain natural, quality sleep, Lemon Balm and Passionflower to help induce relaxation and calm, healthy sleep, Vitamin B6 that contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and Zinc that contributes to normal cognitive function.
