    The Kneipp Sleep Complet bilayer mini tablet, thanks to its first immediate-release layer with Melatonin, helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep. The second prolonged-release layer contains Valerian extracts to help maintain natural, quality sleep, Lemon balm and Passionflower to help induce relaxation and calm, healthy sleep, Vitamin B6 to contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and Zinc to contribute to normal cognitive function.
