    Clarityne Plus combines loratadine and pseudoephedrine to treat seasonal allergic rhinitis with nasal congestion. Indicated for adults and adolescents from 12 years of age, it acts within 24 hours to relieve sneezing, tearing, and a stuffy nose.

    Loratadine is a second-generation H1 antihistamine that soothes itching, tearing, sneezing, and runny nose. Pseudoephedrine acts as a systemic nasal decongestant, reducing the inflammation of blood vessels in the upper respiratory tract.

    Maximum duration of treatment: 10 days. Follow the instructions in the leaflet or consult your pharmacist before use.

    Adults and adolescents ≥12 years: 1 tablet daily, with a glass of water.

    Children <12 years: not recommended.

    People over 60 years: not recommended due to a higher risk of adverse effects.

    Duration of treatment: maximum 10 days. If symptoms persist, it is recommended to continue with loratadine only.

    Method of administration: the tablets should be swallowed whole, without breaking or chewing, with or without food.
