    Chamomile extract 3.2 mg
    Lemon balm extract 2 mg

    Ingredients
    Ingredients: Water, fructose, thickener: glycerin, Chamomile extract (Matricaria chamomilla L., flower), Lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L., leaves), Melatonin, flavoring, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, thickener: xanthan gum.

    Take 4 drops shortly before bedtime, directly in the mouth or diluted in a drink.
