We are giving you ideas for putting together a complete first-aid kit for your vacation. For it to be useful, you have to keep in mind that it needs to cover wounds, cuts, pain or fever, allergies, digestive discomfort, or protection from mosquitoes and/or the sun.
We propose a list by category so you can put it in a toiletry bag and pack it in your suitcase.

To treat cuts, wounds, and blisters, it can be very useful to carry adhesive bandages, Betadine, Cristalmina spray, gauze, a bandage, or medical tape. If you are going to do a lot of walking or if you are going to break in new shoes, it is best to bring Compeed dressings; they will surely save you from foot pain.
It is highly recommended to bring an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen and Paracetamol for fever. Both products can help you mitigate pain. Remember to include a thermometer.

If you are going to exotic countries, it is always recommended to bring an antihistamine, such as Reactine or Rino-Ebastel. It is very handy to bring eye drops in case the most frequent allergy symptoms, such as tearing, appear. In very dry places, it is very good to bring a moisturizing cream that you can apply, for example, after showering.
One of the most common problems away from home is gastrointestinal issues; put an antidiarrheal (Fortasec), a mild laxative (Fave de Fuca), and especially oral rehydration sachets in your travel kit to recover water and electrolytes in case of severe diarrhea. In these cases, it can be useful to carry a probiotic to speed up recovery. If you tend to have acid reflux, it is practical to take an antacid like Almax or Gaviscon.

Depending on the area you are traveling to, it can be very useful to carry a mosquito repellent; there are the classic Relec, Halley, or Goibi. There are formats for the whole family, which can be useful for all members to use. If you are going to more tropical areas, we recommend something stronger like Relec Extrafuerte or Goibi Xtreme Forte. You cannot forget a product for when you have been bitten, such as Afterbite or Fenistil.
Don't forget to pack sunscreen; it is better to take care of your skin to avoid harmful effects like burns or photo-aging. One for the face and another for the body. It is not recommended to use last year's, because they usually do not protect effectively.

In case you are traveling with children, we recommend that you bring a bottle of water, the Dalsy-Apiretal duo for pain and fever, adhesive bandages, gauze, Cristalmina, and an arnica roll-on for bumps. Don't forget sunscreen and mosquito repellent if you are going to an area where there might be some.
Remember to carry your usual medication and the prescription with you in your carry-on luggage if you are traveling by train or plane.
Enjoy your vacation.
