The shipping costs include logistics handling, postage, packaging, and transportation of the products. The value depends on the shipping location and the total amount of the order. The value is calculated automatically based on the value and type of products added to the shopping cart, the value will appear once you proceed to checkout.
For orders destined for Andorra, the estimated delivery time is 1-2 days. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. For orders destined for Spain and Portugal, The delivery time is 1-3 days. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. If the product is cold, the transportation will be €25 from October to May and €35 from June to September (in summer we use isothermal boxes to maintain the cold chain).
For shipments to the Canary Islands the shipping costs are 40€, and for Balearic Islands They are 40€, in both cases the maximum weight is 5Kg*.
*Regardless of weight and depending on the size of the package, there will be orders that are subject to evaluation.

If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the delivery time will start counting from the following Monday, or from the next business day. Please consult us for shipping costs.
If you want, you can place the order and pick it up at one of our pharmacies, at no additional cost. You just have to select: pick up at the pharmacy, and indicate which one you will go to collect your order. In the event that you ultimately cannot come to pick up the order and it needs to be shipped, the corresponding fee will apply according to the destination country.
In the hypothetical case that there is a stock break or temporary unavailability of the product, we will contact you immediately to communicate the new delivery time or, if it is not possible to provide you with that product, proceed to cancel the order and refund the amount. In any case, a delay in delivery regarding the indicated deadlines will not entitle the customer to claim any compensation.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays, nor on holidays.
