How to use
- Apply 1 ml of solution with the syringe, twice a day, in the morning and at night.
- Spread the amount of solution with your fingertips over the area to be treated, starting from the center of it. Do not apply it to other areas of the body.
- Do not use a hand dryer to accelerate the drying of the product.
- The daily dose will not be more than 2 ml, regardless of the extent of the hairless area to be treated.
- Wash your hands thoroughly after application to prevent hair growth on other unwanted areas of the body.
The shipping costs include logistics handling, postage, packaging, and transportation of the products. The value depends on the shipping location and the total amount of the order. If the product is cold, the transportation will be €25 from October to May and €35 from June to September (in summer we use isothermal boxes to maintain the cold chain).
For shipments to the Canary Islands the shipping costs are 40€, and for Balearic Islands They are 40€, in both cases the maximum weight is 5Kg*.
*Regardless of weight and depending on the size of the package, there will be orders that are subject to evaluation.

If you want, you can place the order and pick it up at one of our pharmacies, at no additional cost. You just have to select: pick up at the pharmacy, and indicate which one you will go to collect your order. In the event that you ultimately cannot come to pick up the order and it needs to be shipped, the corresponding fee will apply according to the destination country.
In the hypothetical case that there is a stock break or temporary unavailability of the product, we will contact you immediately to communicate the new delivery time or, if it is not possible to provide you with that product, proceed to cancel the order and refund the amount. In any case, a delay in delivery regarding the indicated deadlines will not entitle the customer to claim any compensation.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays, nor on holidays.
